POSITION Student Portfolio Advisor Qasimabad Campus, Hyderabad QUALIFICATION Fresh Graduates or Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Counseling, Development Studies, or related field preferred) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Mentor and coach high-potential students (Grades 9–11) • Design and execute personalized IVY++ readiness plans • Lead academic and extracurricular profile-building initiatives • Guide subject selection and strategic academic planning • Conduct career awareness workshops for students and parents • Track progress through structured mentoring and digital portfolios • Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and external partners SKILLS • Strong mentorship and coaching capabilities • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Project management and event coordination experience • Empathy, cultural awareness, and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners • Comfort with digital tools for documentation and communication
