POSITION Assistant Manager Alumni Relations Beaconhouse Group QUALIFICATION MBA in Marketing, Master's in Mass Communication, or a related discipline EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, PR, Social Media, or Event Management (education sector preferred). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage alumni engagement initiatives across the region • Coordinate with alumni chapters, campus leadership, and external vendors • Plan and execute alumni events and activities • Maintain and enhance the alumni digital presence (website & mobile app) SKILLS • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proactive, self-driven, and deadline-oriented • Experience in social media management and basic analytics, with proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Experience in event planning and coordination • Strong organisational and vendor management skills
