POSITION Senior Officer – Quality Assurance UCS QUALIFICATION DAE – Civil / Architecture with at least 3 years of experience or BS – Civil EXPERIENCE 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (minimum 1 year in school operations preferred) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Inspect proposed sites as per QA SOPs and prepare detailed reports on building condition and suitability for school operations • Guide clients on required renovations, including façade, logo wall, washrooms, color schemes and structural changes • Coordinate with the Legal, Finance and Business Development teams for site approvals and territory allocations • Manage and update QA reports, student strength data and OMS records, including monthly summaries and approvals • Prepare accurate building layout plans requested by business partners and deliver them on time • Use maps and demographic analysis for distance evaluation, and geo-tag sites in Google Maps for nationwide territory demarcation • Verify property documents, layout plans and compliance reports from regional sales teams to support final site approvals • Provide customised 2D/3D design renderings and space utilization plans in line with company guidelines • Prepare and present professional reports and presentations on time SKILLS • MS Office Suite • AutoCAD and Civil 3D • SketchUp 3D • Google Maps / My Maps • Photoshop rendering
