POSITION Senior Officer Finance UCS QUALIFICATION B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance or Accounting); part-qualified ACCA / CA / ICMA preferred EXPERIENCE 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in billing, receivables or revenue accounting, preferably in an education or franchise-based organisation KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Generate fee challans and franchise invoices, and handle fee bill queries • Process challan updates, fine waivers, challan splits and student information changes • Process admissions, transfers, staff concessions, withdrawals and security refunds within one working day • Reconcile revenue with bank collections for campuses and resolve variances • Share bank MIS reports (OTC, IPG, POS, 1-Bill) with relevant departments • Prepare monthly PRA tax calculations on royalty and franchise fee collections • Conduct bi-annual on-site reconciliations at franchise campuses in the Central and North regions • Coordinate with the PRM Department, BD Team, campuses and banks SKILLS • Advanced MS Excel (lookups, pivots, reconciliations) • Fee billing, revenue and bank reconciliation • Working knowledge of PRA sales tax on services • Experience with ERP or student information systems (BEAMS and OMS preferred) • High accuracy and attention to detail • Strong coordination and communication skills • Ability to meet tight deadlines • Willingness to travel to campuses
