Job Description: Company: Jeem Travel Overview: • Join a premium travel luggage and accessories brand to handle sales, customer support, and social media content creation. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls. • Guide customers through product selection and answer product-related questions. • Close sales and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. • Follow up with potential customers and abandoned inquiries. • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. • Provide after-sales support and maintain excellent customer relationships. • Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. • Appear in videos as required; record product demonstrations, unboxing, and behind-the-scenes content. • Stay updated with social media trends and suggest creative content ideas. • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.Job Specification: • Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred. • Communication: Excellent communication and sales skills; fluent in Urdu; basic English is a plus. • Technical: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms. • Personal: Confident personality, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented. • Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; previous experience in sales, e-commerce, or customer service is an advantage. • Content: Interest in creating social media content and being on camera.Job Rewards and Benefits: Incentive Bonus
