Job Description: Company: BPO Solutions PVT LTD Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Research and Lead Generation Executive to join our on-site team in Lahore. The role supports lead generation, recruitment resourcing, data management and digital marketing projects. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct web-based research to identify prospects and candidates using effective search strings and keywords. • Source leads and candidates from online platforms and databases (e.g., LinkedIn, directories). • Format, review, and standardize CVs/resumes per client or internal guidelines. • Perform accurate data entry, cleansing, validation and formatting for leads, candidates, and research datasets. • Maintain and update CRM, Excel, and database records; organize and analyze collected data into required formats. • Identify reliable online sources for research and document findings clearly. • Support digital marketing, online and market research tasks.Job Specification: • Must-have: Strong internet research skills, including advanced search operators and keyword strategies. • Good written and reading English with clear reporting skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable with spreadsheets and CRMs. • Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms for sourcing leads and candidates. • High attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational ability. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Willingness to learn digital marketing basics, lead generation processes and recruitment resourcing techniques. • Desirable: Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and prior experience in lead generation, research, or data entry roles.Job Rewards and Benefits: Leaves
