Job Description: Company: Protosoft Labs Location: Islamabad (remote/online options) Overview: Protosoft Labs seeks a Junior Project Coordinator to support product delivery, stakeholder communication, and project administration for the Wakalatnaama platform and related services. The role reports to the Project Manager and supports planning, scheduling, tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to help ensure timely releases and feature updates. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities and milestones for product releases and feature updates. • Coordinate cross-functional communication among software engineering, legal advisors, product, and QA teams to ensure timely progress and issue resolution. • Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, action logs, status reports, and risk registers. • Monitor task assignments and follow up on deliverables; maintain trackers, calendars, and versioned documentation. • Maintain and update project boards, backlogs, and sprint artifacts using project tracking tools.Job Specification: Must-have: • 1+ year supporting software development or digital product teams (IT services or legal-tech preferred). • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., MS-Project, Trello, Asana). • Basic understanding of SDLC and agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). • Competent with MS Office / Google Workspace; basic data reporting and spreadsheet skills. • Strong written and verbal English for status reports, meeting summaries, and stakeholder updates. • Good organizational skills: trackers, calendars, action logs, versioned documentation. Preferred: • PMP/PRINCE2 Foundation or Agile/Scrum certification. • Experience coordinating between technical and non-technical stakeholders and external vendors.
