Job Description: Company: Trio Builder & Developer Location: Karachi, Pakistan (On-site) Employment: Full-Time, Morning Shift; Requires traveling Role summary: We are seeking a proactive Marketing & Sales professional to lead lead-generation, property marketing, and client acquisition for real estate and construction projects. The role combines strategic marketing planning with hands-on sales execution to drive inquiries, site visits, and closed sales. Key responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing plans for new and ongoing projects, including digital, print, and on-site campaigns • Create property listings, brochures, project presentations, and promotional content aligned with brand standards • Manage online presence: social media channels, property portals, and targeted advertising to generate qualified leads • Qualify inbound leads, conduct needs assessments, schedule and conduct site visits and property tours • Negotiate offers, prepare sales documentation, and coordinate with legal and finance teams to close transactions • Liaise with construction and project teams to stay informed about availability, timelines, and selling points • Track marketing and sales performance, lead management, and reportingJob Specification: • Must-have: Proven experience in property/real-estate marketing and sales (preferably construction/development) • Digital marketing: Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and property portals common in Pakistan • Sales skills: Lead qualification, needs assessment, objection handling, negotiation, client relationship management • Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management workflows, and sales tracking/reporting • Content/creative: Ability to prepare marketing collateral and sales proposals; basic graphic or content editing skills a plus • Local knowledge: Understanding of Karachi real estate trends, pricing, and regulatory considerations • Organizational: Ability to manage multiple projects, appointments, and follow-upsJob Rewards and Benefits: Incentive Bonus,Leaves,Transport
