Job Description: About the role Location: Islamabad Employment: Full-Time, On-site, Morning Shift, Requires travel Salary: PKR 70,000 - 80,000 (reported). Example: PKR 75,000/month (basic) + commission Probation: 2 months Responsibilities: • Meet and advise prospective clients on available real estate projects and offerings. • Conduct presentations and site visits for commercial shops, high-rise commercial spaces, luxury apartments, and mixed-use projects. • Convert qualified leads into closed sales and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and generate referrals. • Follow up consistently to ensure deals reach closure. • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM.Job Specification: Must-have: • 2+ years proven sales experience (relevant sales experience required; real estate experience preferred). • Proven track record meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs. • Strong verbal and written communication. • Presentation, negotiation and closing skills for high-value transactions. • Lead and pipeline management; CRM experience is a plus. • Self-motivated, disciplined, results-driven; willingness to travel.Job Rewards and Benefits: Communication,Leaves,Sports and Entertainment,Transport
