Job Description: Overview: We are hiring a motivated calling sales executive to join our design & development team. The role focuses on outbound and inbound calls to US-based prospects to generate leads, communicate with clients, and close deals for international markets. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential clients in the US market. • Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups. • Present company services professionally and close sales opportunities. • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently. • Maintain accurate records of calls, prospect statuses, and outcomes in the CRM.Job Specification: • Experience in outbound and inbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or international sales. • Familiarity with CRM/customer engagement platforms such as Quo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar. • Strong communication and persuasion skills; client acquisition and business development experience. • Experience working US campaigns and night shift sales roles. • Target-driven with experience closing deals; commission-based experience (810% commission mentioned).Job Rewards and Benefits: Leaves
