Job Description: Inspire Technology, a Multan-based software and AI solutions company serving Australian SMEs, is seeking an experienced IT Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the Pakistan market and support cross-border client engagements. You will combine technical understanding of software and AI products with commercial acumen to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive sales pipelines that convert into long-term client partnerships. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product and delivery teams to shape proposals and ensure solution-fit for clients. • Own full sales cycle for software and AI services: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation and closure. • Develop and execute territory and account plans for Multan and broader Pakistan market; target SMEs and mid-market companies in Australia-facing verticals. • Work with product and engineering to translate client needs into technically viable proposals and project scopes. • Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, and presentations; manage RFP responses and client demos. • Maintain CRM records, forecast sales pipeline, and report monthly performance to leadership. • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and partner engagements to build brand awareness and partnerships. • Coordinate handover to delivery teams and monitor project kickoffs to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Job Specification: • Proven B2B software/IT services sales experience, ideally selling SaaS, custom software or AI solutions (3+ years). • Strong consultative selling skills: discovery, solution mapping, proposal crafting and negotiation. • Technical literacy with software development lifecycle, cloud platforms and AI/ML concepts to communicate with engineers and clients. • Experience managing CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and producing accurate sales forecasts and reports. • Excellent presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills for client-facing interactions. • Ability to develop pricing models and commercial proposals; comfortable with contract terms and basic legal/compliance considerations. • Self-motivated, organized, able to manage multiple opportunities and coordinate cross-functional teams.Job Rewards and Benefits: Communication,Leaves
