Job Description: Role Overview • Lead and manage e-commerce operations across Amazon and eBay and coordinate work through the company ERP system. • Supervise a team of 10+ employees: assign tasks, monitor progress, provide day-to-day support, answer questions, remove blockers, and take responsibility for team performance. • Quality control: review and enforce quality-control standards to minimize errors and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. • Operational problem solving: identify and resolve operational issues affecting workflow. • Tools & reporting: use AI tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) to improve workflows and reporting. • Work mode: remote/online, independent multitasking required.Job Specification: • 35 years experience working with Amazon and eBay (must-have). • Experience using ERP systems. • Experience managing and leading teams of 10+. • Quality-control experience and strong attention to detail. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. • Familiarity with AI tools relevant to e-commerce operations. • Good English and Urdu communication skills. • Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems.Job Rewards and Benefits: Incentive Bonus,Leaves
