Job Description: Company: Target Manpower Services (licensed HR provider, Lahore) Location: Lahore, Pakistan (on-site). Relocation opportunity to Saudi Arabia; previous Gulf experience mandatory. Employment: Full-Time, Morning Shift; Experienced (Non-Managerial); 3 years experience. Role overview: • Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other office peripherals. • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software for end users. • Manage user accounts and basic Active Directory tasks, image workstations, perform backups/restores, and apply OS/security updates. • Support and maintain LAN components (switches, Wi-Fi access points); assist with basic network performance monitoring. • Install/update antivirus and endpoint security tools and manage patching procedures. • Document incidents, maintain ticketing and asset records, and produce incident reports. • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and procurement; manage spare parts inventory.Job Specification: • Minimum 12 years of IT technician experience in any Gulf country (mandatory). • Experience troubleshooting Windows desktops and laptops (installation, drivers, peripherals). • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and email clients (Outlook). • Basic Active Directory user management. • Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switching, WiFi troubleshooting. • Experience with printer/scanner setup and network printers. • Ability to image workstations, perform backups/restores, apply OS/security updates. • Knowledge of endpoint security tools, antivirus deployment, patch management. • Good documentation skills for ticketing and asset tracking. • Strong communication and user-support skills; ability to train non-technical staff. • Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage spare parts inventory.Job Rewards and Benefits: Accomodation,Health Insurance,Leaves,Transport
