Job Description: NZEE Foods and Beverages Private Limited, based in Islamabad with operations serving consumers across Pakistan, is seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to grow brand awareness and drive revenue for our range of beverages and nutritious snacks. The role combines field sales, trade marketing, and digital promotion to expand distribution in modern and traditional retail channels while supporting product launches and promotional campaigns. • Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets in assigned territory, including retail, wholesale, and HORECA accounts. • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts; negotiate shelf space, pricing, and promotional displays. • Implement trade marketing activities and in-store merchandising to increase product visibility and turnover. • Coordinate with marketing and supply teams to plan product launches, sampling events, and digital marketing support. • Monitor competitor activity, collect market feedback, and provide actionable insights to product and management teams. • Prepare sales reports, forecast demand, and ensure timely order fulfillment and stock availability. • Participate in periodic training for sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance with company standards. The successful candidate will be based in Islamabad but will support expansion efforts across assigned regions in Pakistan. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong commercial acumen, effective communication, and the ability to execute promotional programs on the ground.Job Specification: • Proven experience in FMCG sales or food & beverage distribution, with track record of meeting targets. • Strong negotiation and account management skills for trade and retail partners. • Knowledge of retail merchandising, planogram execution, and in-store promotion tactics. • Ability to develop and implement territory sales plans and sales forecasting. • Competence with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel for sales reports and analysis). • Good communication skills in English and local languages; confident presenter during tastings and retailer meetings. • Analytical mindset: able to gather market data and convert into actionable insights for pricing and promotions. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Job Rewards and Benefits: Communication,Incentive Bonus,Leaves,Transport
