Job Description: Role Overview As Marketing Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for planning and executing marketing activities across organic and paid channels. You will translate commercial objectives into a clear marketing strategy, allocate and manage the marketing budget, and coordinate external agencies and specialists. This is a hands-on senior role with end-to-end ownership of marketing performance. Key Responsibilities • Develop and own an integrated marketing strategy across organic and paid channels aligned with company commercial goals. • Take full responsibility for the marketing budget; allocate spend and reallocate based on performance. • Engage, brief, direct, and hold external agencies/partners to high standards. • Set direction, coordinate delivery, and act as the single point of accountability for marketing performance. • Use data-driven measurement and attribution to guide decisions and prove ROI. • Leverage AI tools to improve the quality, speed, and impact of marketing work. • Work with CRM and marketing automation systems to execute campaigns and measure results.Job Specification: Must-have • Hands-on experience with both paid and organic marketing channels. • Ability to set strategy, direct execution, and evaluate output quality across channels. • Experience owning and managing a marketing budget end-to-end, making investment decisions and proving returns. • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and data-driven marketing. • Strong analytical skills and fluency in marketing data, attribution, and performance measurement. • Confident, effective use of AI tools in marketing. • Experience working with or directing external agencies/partners. • Comfortable making data-backed decisions and being the single point of accountability for marketing outcomes.Job Rewards and Benefits: Communication,Incentive Bonus,Leaves
