Job Description: Location: Lahore, Pakistan (on-site) Employment Type: Full-Time, Morning Shift Salary: 70,000 - 100,000 PKR Role Summary: • Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple locations, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and reconciliations. • Create and maintain SKUs, product listings, pricing, attributes, and images. • Monitor stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies. • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports. • Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning. • POS setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Train store staff remotely and develop/maintain SOPs. • Perform data analysis and recommend process improvements. • Collaborate with South Africa operations team. Other: • Requires some travel. • Reliable high-speed internet and suitable home office setup for remote tasks when required.Job Specification: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent; relevant diplomas acceptable. Experience: • 2-3+ years in inventory control, retail operations, or POS/ERP administration; 2+ years preferred. Technical Skills: • Strong Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting). • Experience with POS, ERP, or inventory management systems. • Barcode generation and labeling. Other Skills: • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
