Job Description: Job Title: E-Commerce Product Listing Coordinator (Print-on-Demand & Custom Apparel) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive E-Commerce Product Listing Coordinator specializing in print-on-demand (POD) and customized apparel. You will bridge design assets and listing execution across our eBay, Etsy, and Amazon storefronts, managing high-volume listing creation, variant matrices, POD design file mapping, and channel synchronization. Key Responsibilities • Create, audit, and publish complex apparel listings featuring wide colorways, size ranges (XS–5XL), and garment styles (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops) across eBay, Etsy, and Amazon. • Prepare and align high-resolution product mockups, ensuring design placement specifications conform to print provider templates. • Manage parent-child variation matrices across color names, blank apparel brands (Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level), and size tiers while adhering to marketplace limits. • Map design files to listings and verify correct design, size, and color mapping for automated POD fulfillment. • Maintain catalog health by monitoring suppressed/delisted items and resolving listing compliance issues. • Collaborate with design and production teams to reduce listing errors and improve listing turnaround time.Job Specification: Required Skills & Experience • 1–3 years in e-commerce listing management focused on eBay, Etsy, and Amazon Seller Central. • Direct experience with custom apparel, mockups, design placement, and automated POD fulfillment pipelines. • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to verify print file resolution (300 DPI), dimensions, and transparent backgrounds. • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, text concatenation, CSV bulk feeds) to handle large multi-attribute spreadsheets. • Understanding of Amazon flat files, Etsy tags/attributes, and eBay item specifics. • Familiarity with KPIs such as Zero-Error Routing Rate, Catalog Health Score, and Listing Turnaround Time.Job Rewards and Benefits: Communication,Leaves
