Job Description: Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Civil / Mechanical) Location: Karachi, Pakistan (on-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Morning Shift Overview: • Prepare quantities, Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and billing for construction projects. • Measure and quantify materials, labor and equipment for civil and mechanical works. • Work on water supply and sewerage projects (preferred). • Coordinate with site teams to verify quantities and progress for interim and final payments. • Maintain accurate records of site measurements, variations and payment claims.Job Specification: Must have: • DAE (Civil) or DAE (Mechanical) • 4 to 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation and billing • Experience with water supply and sewerage works (preferred) • Ability to perform site measurements and prepare accurate payment claims
