Job Description: Overview Broad Peak Global Services is seeking a Point of Sale (POS) Surveillance Auditor to join the operational audit team in Karachi. The POS Surveillance Auditor will monitor and review POS transactions and camera footage, identify anomalies, and help strengthen internal controls across retail and F&B client environments. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and review Point-of-Sale (POS) camera footage daily. • Identify suspicious activities, discrepancies, or irregularities at POS terminals. • Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports of findings and observations. • Highlight theft, fraud, procedural violations, or operational issues observed in footage. • Maintain working papers, dashboards, and documentation to support audit findings and follow-up. • Coordinate with relevant teams to communicate findings and recommend corrective actions. • Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance data and reports. • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards. • Undergo provided training; after training, monitor an assigned set of stores during probation.Job Specification: Must-have • Fluency in English (written and verbal). • Strong report writing skills. • Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability. • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. • Ability to work full-time on-site in Karachi; willing to travel as required. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in POS auditing, retail operations audit, or forensic transaction review. Preferred • Female candidates currently prioritized (male candidates may be considered later).
