Job Description: Job Scope: • Manage daily operations of online stores across multiple e-commerce platforms. • Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords). • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies. • Handle customer inquiries, chats, and order processing efficiently. • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements. • Coordinate inventory updates and ensure product availability. • Assist in basic content creation for marketing (banners, captions, product posts).Job Specification: Requirements: • Prior experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar). • Strong understanding of online selling, sales growth, and marketplace algorithms. • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or content creation is an advantage. • Comfortable working remotely (work from home setup). • Basic computer skills (Excel, product uploading, order management tools). • Good command of spoken and written English (basic acceptable).Job Rewards and Benefits: Communication,Leaves
