Job Overview: Bank AL Habib is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join its SBP Financial Reporting Unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory financial returns to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant reporting while supporting the Bank's regulatory reporting requirements. Grade Officer Grade 1 / Assistant Manager Number of Positions 02 Qualification & Experience: • Graduate degree (ACCA or MBA preferred). • 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in SBP regulatory reporting • Maximum age: 30 years. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial returns to the State Bank of Pakistan. • Prepare and report the Chart of Accounts for both Conventional and Islamic Banking operations. • Prepare Statements of Demand & Time Liabilities for fortnightly maintenance of Statutory Liquidity Requirement (SLR). • Prepare Statements of Demand & Time Liabilities, Assets & Liabilities in Pakistan (Forms III, IX & X). • Prepare the Statement of Flow of Funds (Sectoral Balance Sheet A-03). • Prepare quarterly Branch-wise Liability, Assets, and Profit & Loss statements. • Prepare the Annual Statement of Foreign Assets and Liabilities. • Ensure regulatory submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within prescribed timelines. Required Skills: • Sound knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory reporting requirements. • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. • Ability to prepare, analyse, and design reports for SBP and other stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access. • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools will be an added advantage. • Strong time management and multitasking abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
