Job Overview: Responsible for smooth operations of Credit Card Product ensuring compliance of bank polices, processes & procedures. Grade: Senior Manager Division/Branch: ADC Business Division Job Description: • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the bank's goals and objectives. • Identify market opportunities and trends to enhance existing products and introduce new ones. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, risk management, and technology to bring new products to market. • Monitor and analyses key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health and performance of the credit card portfolio. • Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive growth and increase market share. • Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks, taking proactive measures to address them. • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize credit and fraud losses while maximizing profitability. • Ensure that product complies with relevant regulations and industry standards, especially in the context of financial services and card operations.
