Grade: OG II Division/Branch: ADC Business Division Job Summary: • Retrieve credit card system files and process in core banking system. • Process customer financial reversal requests on credit card system and core banking system. • Prepare advance tax and service sales tax details for onward reporting. • Report regarding follow-ups and issues observed during Credit Card Operations. • Prepare cross-border transactional data for onward reporting. • Prepare GL details on monthly basis. • Posting of credit card international and local settlement vouchers in core banking system. • Respond credit card payments received from branches. • Resolve customer complaints related to Credit Card financial operations. • Initiate Credit Card Management and reward merchant invoices for onward payment. • Prepare credit card spending data for onward reporting. • Assist line manager for Month End and Year End Closing.
