Job Overview: Ensuring smooth operations of the Credit Card Product, Merchant Initiation Unit, ADC Internal Control Environment, and compliance of the Bank’s policies, processes, and procedures. Grade: Assistant General Manager Division/Branch: ADC Business Division Job Description: • Develop and execute the overall credit card product strategy in alignment with the bank's business objectives. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and drive product enhancements. • Define product requirements, features, and pricing for credit card products to meet customer demands and maximize profitability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, risk management, compliance, and technology to develop and launch new credit card products and initiatives. • Monitor and analyse credit card portfolio performance, including acquisition, activation, usage, and retention metrics, and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability. • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics related to credit card products, and recommend product enhancements and innovations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and credit card networks. • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to drive credit card acquisition and usage. • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking to ensure the bank's credit card offerings remain competitive in the market. • Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure efficient handling of credit card-related customer inquiries and issue resolution.
