Officer / Assistant Manager – ADC Reconciliation / Dispute & Chargebacks

Job Summary: • Responsible for ADC Reconciliation, particularly Raast Reconciliation and timely handling and resolution of related disputes. • Responsible to handle Issuance and Acquiring Debit/Credit Cards POS, Ecommerce & International ATM Cash Withdrawal Transaction disputes in timely and effectively is resolved as per Global (Visa, MasterCard & UnionPay International) and Local (Payak) Schemes regulations. • Responsible to handle ADC related disputes i.e. ATM Cash withdrawal, IBFT, Bill Payments, RAAST & Settlement of ATM Excess / Shortage. Eligibility: • Well versed in handling of all Dispute Resolution as well as ADC Reconciliation & Settlement. • Liaison with internal / external stake holders i.e. Merchant, Branches, Associations, Local & International Acquiring Banks etc. • Effective time management, multi-tasking, Strong analytical and communication skills. • Ensure through root cause analysis on re-occurring disputes / complaints, escalation to relevant stakeholders and elimination the possible causes of disputes. • Prepare of MIS reports. • Well versed in MS Office. Minimum Qualification: Graduate/ preferably Masters/ MBA Age: Maximum Up to 30 Years Position: OG 1 – Assistant Manager Years of Experience: At least 2-5 years’ experience in POS / E-Commerce Disputes and Chargebacks Shift Base: Candidate should be available to work in Morning / Evening / Night shifts Gender: Male/Female Location: Karachi
