Job Description: This is a full-time, on-site position for an Inbound Umrah Sales Representative in Lahore. Primary responsibilities include: • Engage with inbound customers to understand travel needs • Provide tailored Umrah and travel itineraries • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets • Manage CRM records and follow up on leads • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle • Work night shift hours as requiredJob Specification: You must have excellent communication skills in English. You must be able to work night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM). You must be able to work 6 days a week (Mon - Sat). Experience preferred (not required): • Umrah Travel Agency experience • Experience with the US market
