Job Description: NOW HIRING: Dairy Nutritionist & Technical Sales Officer Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa | Starting PKR 100,000/month | Six-day workweek Build better dairy rations. Strengthen farmer relationships. Grow silage sales. We're looking for a commercially confident livestock professional who can earn trust on the farm and turn nutrition expertise into sales results. This is a hybrid role combining dairy nutrition advisory, technical sales, and disciplined field execution. What You'll Do Dairy Nutrition — Prepare practical feed plans using silage, concentrates, fodder, minerals, and available farm ingredients; monitor intake, milk response, body condition, and ration consistency; recommend commercially realistic improvements. Technical Sales — Visit dairy farms, explain product value, generate leads, follow up on quotations, and close sales; convert nutrition advice into clear product recommendations; build long-term customer relationships and repeat business. Field Execution — Work actively across your assigned territory with disciplined weekly reporting; coordinate samples, customer feedback, delivery, and after-sales support; represent the company professionally at all times. Compensation During 90-day trial: PKR 80,000 basic salary/month PKR 20,000 fuel & travel allowance/month Performance-based monthly bonus (criteria set by management) After successful trial (subject to performance review): PKR 100,000 basic salary/month PKR 30,000 travel support/month Plus product-sales commission Work Schedule Six days/week, minimum 60 hours/week Frequent field travel to dairy farms and customers Daily activity updates + weekly performance reporting 90-calendar-day trial period Tech Skills You'll Need CRM & sales pipeline tools (leads, visits, quotations, follow-ups) Feed formulation tools (spreadsheets or ration-formulation software) Mobile field reporting (geo-tagged visit notes, photos, action points) Data & analytics for tracking sales and farm-level outcomes WhatsApp Business, email, cloud documents, and online meetings AI productivity tools for drafting reports and organizing leads Ideal Candidate DVM, Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Livestock Management, or related qualification Practical knowledge of dairy cattle feeding, silage quality, ration balancing, and farm economics Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Track record selling agricultural, livestock, feed, veterinary, or dairy products Excellent smartphone, spreadsheet, CRM, and digital communication skills Target-oriented, self-managed, honest, organized, and accountable Motorcycle/car driving ability and valid licence preferred Willingness to travel extensively on a demanding six-day field schedule After 90 Days Confirmation and salary increase depend on measurable performance across sales results, technical capability, customer trust, technology usage, work discipline, and management fit. Job Specification: • Ideal Candidate Profile Degree-level understanding of animal nutrition — preferably Dairy Science, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Technology, DVM, or a related discipline. Experience formulating dairy rations using silage, concentrates, fodder, minerals, and other locally available feed ingredients, with working knowledge of feed additives, mineral/vitamin requirements, and milk production drivers. Ability to assess intake, milk response, and body condition score, and recommend ration corrections that are commercially realistic for the farmer. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for farmer training, product demonstrations, and converting technical advice into sales. Practical field experience with dairy herds — comfortable working outdoors on a six-day, field-intensive schedule with frequent farm visits across the assigned territory. Proficiency with CRM and mobile field-reporting tools (leads, visit logs, quotations, geo-tagged notes) and spreadsheets or ration-formulation software for preparing concise technical reports. Commercial mindset: proven ability to convert nutrition consultations into product recommendations, generate leads, follow up quotations, and close sales.
