Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer to join our Lahore team and contribute to brand projects, digital campaigns and production-ready assets. The role is office-based in Lahore and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creative outputs align with strategy and technical requirements. Candidates should be organized, deadline-driven and comfortable balancing multiple projects in a studio environment. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with creative directors, strategists and developers to translate briefs into visual concepts for brand identity, web, social and print. • Create high-quality layouts, illustrations, icons and visual assets while maintaining brand consistency and accessibility standards. • Produce pixel-perfect assets and export specifications for web, mobile and print; prepare files for vendors and printers. • Iterate designs based on feedback, conduct visual QA and uphold project timelines and deliverables. • Support pitch materials and present concepts to internal teams.Job Specification: Must-have • 3 years of relevant experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or equivalent professional experience. • Portfolio demonstrating branding, digital and print work. • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). • Experience exporting production-ready files for print and web; file organization and naming conventions. • Proficiency with UI/UX basics: layout, typography, color systems and responsive asset preparation. • Experience designing for digital channels: social media, banners, email. • Good communication skills and ability to receive and implement feedback; client-facing presentation ability. Preferred • Experience with basic motion/animation assets (GIFs or short videos).
