Job Description: Job Title: Customer Services (Manager) Location: Lahore, Pakistan On-site, Morning Shift Overview: Provide front-line customer service for visa and legal-consulting clients. Evaluate client profiles for visa eligibility, prepare and review paperwork (forms, passports, financial documents), and communicate procedures, fees, and timelines to clients. Maintain accurate records and perform email correspondence and document/letter writing. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate client profiles for specific visas (student, work, tourist). • Review and organize paperwork to prevent legal delays. • Communicate procedures, fees, timelines, and required documents to clients. • Perform email correspondence, letter writing, and general documentation. • Use MS Word, Excel and other office tools for record-keeping and reporting.Job Specification: Must-have: • MS Office: Word and Excel. • Typing and internet (net) navigation skills. • Email correspondence and letter writing. • Good written and oral English communication. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred: • Knowledge of destination immigration laws (e.g., UK, USA, Canada). • 13 years' experience in visa processing, legal consulting, or customer service.
