Job Description: Now Hiring: Customer Service Representatives (Female) Location: Gulberg, Lahore (On-site) Tech Bridge Consultancy is expanding its international campaign team in Lahore and is seeking experienced, motivated female Customer Service Representatives. About the Role: This role involves managing customer interactions across various channels, including calls, chats, direct messages, emails, and web/social inquiries for our international clientele. Responsibilities range from outbound/inbound calling and appointment scheduling to digital engagement and CRM data entry. Shift Options: Shift A: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Shift B: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM Shift C: 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM Key Responsibilities: Manage customer interactions via phone, chat, or digital channels. Convert leads into confirmed outcomes (bookings/sales/resolutions). Maintain accurate CRM records. Deliver a consistently professional and high-quality customer experience.Job Specification: Requirements — Essential Qualifications: Female candidates only Prior experience in either voice/call center customer service or chat/digital/social media customer engagement is required. Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written, with a clear and professional demeanor. Strong consultative and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM or scheduling platforms is preferred. Comfortable working night shift hours to accommodate international clients.
