Job Description: Company: Hightechnet (telecommunications telemarketing) Location: Lahore, Pakistan (on-site) Employment Type: Full-Time, Morning Shift Summary: • Join the outbound sales team to promote telecom products and services, convert leads into sales, and support post-sale account activities. • Work closely with the sales supervisor and marketing to meet weekly and monthly revenue targets. • Maintain high customer service standards in a fast-paced telemarketing environment. • Role involves primarily outbound calling (telemarketing) and some inbound handling as required. Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote telecom products and services. • Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets. • Provide post-sale account support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. • Record interactions and update CRM or sales logs accurately. • Collaborate with supervisor and marketing to optimize outreach and campaigns.
