POSITION Special Education Needs Coordinator TNS Beaconhouse DHA, Lahore QUALIFICATION Master's in Education or a relevant field, preferably with certification in Special Education/Psychology. EXPERIENCE 5-7 years of experience overall, combination of teaching and school administrative role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the strategic development and implementation of the school’s Special Educational Needs (SEN) policy. • Oversee the day-to-day execution and effectiveness of the SEN policy across schools. • Ensure appropriate support systems are in place to enhance student achievement and learning outcomes. • Guide and support teachers to strengthen their understanding and management of SEN students. • Monitor compliance with company policies, academic processes, and established guidelines. • Coordinate with school leadership and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective SEN provision. SKILLS • Understanding of special needs and learning difficulties. • Educational methodology (theories on how children learn) • Application of various instructional design approaches to learning content • Professionally design and implement engaging and effective teaching and learning strategies • Knowledge of training practices and strategies • Proficiency in MS-Office Suite
