POSITION Senior Officer Warehouse Operations Premier Trading Services Ltd QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. EXPERIENCE 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain roles KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Cater to the inventory requirements of The Educators across Pakistan • Support upcoming academic sessions by preparing reports on sales, inventory, retail prices, and booklists • Handle queries related to the inventory module • Create purchase orders with complete details, including delivery schedules, and share them with vendors • Update the in-house software/system with new and revised information as required • Edit and cancel orders in the system when necessary • Coordinate with the Academic Department and vendors during the designing and printing of curriculum • Ensure all data entries in the inventory module are timely and accurate • Conduct quarterly inventory reconciliation for each region • Reconcile sales and closing stock at year-end • Coordinate and communicate with regions regarding queries, updates, and instructions • Oversee warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse In-charge • Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by management from time to time SKILLS • Inventory planning and stock control • Warehouse operations management • Strong coordination and communication skills • Purchase order creation and vendor coordination • Data analysis and report preparation • ERP / inventory management system proficiency • Strong MS Excel skills
