POSITION Store Manager Retail Operations, MyBagPack QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree EXPERIENCE 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning • Achieve sales targets and improve store performance • Manage, train, and motivate store staff • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints • Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management • Handle cash operations, daily closing, and reporting • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs • Prepare and submit sales, stock, and performance reports SKILLS • Good communication and customer service skills • Sales-oriented and target-driven • Inventory and cash handling knowledge • Problem-solving and decision-making ability • Basic computer and POS skills
