Job Description: We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Community Development Executive to grow residential sales across apartment buildings, housing societies, and residential communities in Karachi. Location: Karachi, Pakistan (on-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Morning Shift Role Overview: The role focuses on acquiring new household customers through community engagement, product tastings, promotional events, referrals, and app-based onboarding. The candidate will build relationships with building management, residents, and community representatives to drive sustainable residential sales and meet monthly acquisition targets. Key Responsibilities: • Identify sales opportunities within residential communities and apartment buildings • Plan and run promotional activities and product tasting events • Introduce products and encourage app downloads and orders • Engage building management, residents, and community representatives to generate leads and referrals • Maintain customer relationships and collect feedback • Track performance metrics and maintain accurate records • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience • Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targetsJob Specification: Must-have: • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in residential sales, community engagement, field sales, FMCG, retail sales, or direct-to-consumer business development • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Confident meeting new people and engaging residential communities • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven • Ability to organize promotional activities and engage groups effectively • Basic knowledge of mobile applications and online ordering systems • Ability to maintain records and track performance metrics Preferred: • Own motorcycle for field work • Formal education or certifications in sales/marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
