Job Description: Company: BuildScope Estimations LLC Location: Bahria Town, Lahore (on-site) Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM, Monday–Friday (US night shift) Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to US contractors • Introduce company services • Identify interested prospects • Schedule follow-ups Compensation: PKR 50,000 to 70,000 per month plus commissionJob Specification: Must-have skills: • Strong spoken English and clear pronunciation • Confident and professional phone communication • Cold-calling or telesales experience • Ability to handle objections and rejection • Basic knowledge of sales and lead qualification • Good listening and follow-up skills • Basic computer, CRM, email, and spreadsheet skills • Ability to work the US night shift • Target-driven and disciplined attitude • Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred: • Experience with US-based B2B campaigns • Experience using dialers such as JustCall or RingCentral • Construction estimation cold-calling experienceJob Rewards and Benefits: Incentive Bonus,Leaves
