Job Description: Company: Yousuf Rice (S.S. International) Role Summary: • Responsible for creating and growing recurring B2B revenue channels across Karachi by developing institutional, HORECA (hotels, restaurants, caterers), corporate, wholesale, dealer, and distributor accounts. • On-site role with field activity across Karachi; requires regular travel within the city. • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and account servicing. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect, qualify and onboard new accounts across institutional, HORECA, corporate, wholesale, dealer and distributor channels. • Build and maintain relationships with owners, procurement managers, and senior executives. • Understand customer product, volume, pricing, payment and delivery requirements. • Prepare and present product proposals, samples and commercial terms; conduct product presentations and sampling. • Manage full business development cycle: prospecting, sampling, negotiations, follow-ups and closures. • Secure long-term supply agreements and grow recurring revenue. • Perform field work and travel within Karachi; may require use of personal transport.Job Specification: • Must-have experience: • Institutional sales and business development • HORECA sales (hotels, restaurants, caterers) • B2B sales and strategic account development • Dealer and distributor network development • FMCG or food distribution channel experience • Core skills: • Lead generation, prospecting, and account mapping • Key account and client relationship management • Sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting • Strong negotiation and commercial proposal skills • Operational / other: • Product presentation, sampling, and proposal development • Territory management and planning • Ability to work independently in the field and coordinate with internal teams • Knowledge of Karachi institutional, HORECA, wholesale, and FMCG markets • Own motorcycle or transport preferred
