Job Description: About MotionOx MotionOx is a video production studio working with brands and creators across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. We produce YouTube long-form, short-form, and social content across many niches, and we are growing our editing team. The role Fully remote, project-based contract. Work from home on your own schedule; no fixed office hours. Edit assigned videos to a clear brief with steady work and opportunity to earn more as you take on additional projects. Responsibilities • Edit YouTube long-form, short-form, and social videos • Cut cleanly, maintain strong pacing, and tell the story • Deliver final files that meet brief and technical requirements • Hit deadlines without dropping quality • Take feedback and iterate to deliver polished videosJob Specification: • Must-have (hands-on): Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve • Video skills: Short-form and long-form editing; strong sense of pacing, cuts, and story structure • Audio: Sound and music syncing • Graphics: Basic motion graphics and titles • Work style: Fast, reliable turnaround; clear communication; able to take feedback • Equipment: Own computer and editing setup • Eligibility: No formal degree required; students, self-taught editors, and fresh graduates welcome
