Job Description: Company: Aipix Visuals, a Lahore-based image enhancement studio focused on real estate photography. Role: • Edit and color grade real estate footage using DaVinci Resolve to produce final deliverables for web and social platforms. • Assemble multi-camera property walkthroughs, add smooth transitions, motion graphics, and synchronized audio. • Perform primary and secondary color correction to enhance interior and exterior shots while preserving realistic tones. • Stabilize, clean, and optimize footage; reduce noise and fix exposure issues where needed. • Export videos in required codecs and formats, ensuring correct aspect ratios and file sizes for client delivery. • Collaborate with photographers and retouchers to align visual style and apply consistent LUTs. • Maintain turnaround schedules and manage versions/files to meet deadlines.Job Specification: Must-have: • 2+ years editing in DaVinci Resolve with demonstrable portfolio of real estate or property-focused videos. • Proven proficiency in DaVinci Resolve: editing, Fairlight audio, and Color page workflows. • Strong color grading skills, including use of nodes, qualifiers, Power Windows, and LUTs. • Experience with timeline editing, multicam sequences, keyframing, and motion graphics templates. • Knowledge of common codecs/containers (H.264, H.265, ProRes) and export settings for web and social. • Ability to clean and stabilize footage, remove noise, and correct exposure/artifacts. • Basic audio editing and mixing skills to deliver clear voiceovers and ambient sound balance. • Organizational skills for file management, versioning, and meeting tight deadlines. Preferred: • Familiarity with Lightroom/Photoshop or collaboration with photo retouchers.
