Job Description: Company: Almusawwir - specialist in plywood, custom furniture and full interior solutions for residential and commercial clients. Role overview: • Represent product range, welcome customers, and convert walk-in interest into sales while maintaining brand standards and product knowledge. • Greet and assist visitors in the showroom, identify needs, and present suitable plywood, furniture and interior solutions. • Provide detailed product information including materials, finishes, sizes, pricing and lead times. • Demonstrate samples, catalogs and design options; coordinate with designers for customized solutions. • Prepare accurate quotations, process orders, and follow up to ensure timely delivery and installation. • Maintain neat, attractive product displays and ensure showroom inventory of samples and literature is stocked. • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling of value-added services. • Coordinate with production, logistics and installation teams to resolve order issues and track delivery.Job Specification: • Must-have: Proven showroom or retail sales experience; 1-2 years showroom or retail sales experience in furniture, interiors, building materials or related sectors preferred. • Product knowledge: Knowledge or quick ability to learn about plywood grades, furniture materials, finishes and interior components. • Customer engagement: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for face-to-face customer engagement and closing sales. • Sales operations: Basic quotation, billing and order processing skills; experience with POS or CRM systems preferred. • Technical: Ability to read simple measurements and discuss customization requirements with designers and clients. • Presentation & organization: Good presentation skills to maintain displays and showcase samples effectively; organizational skills to manage multiple customers and follow up on leads and deliveries. • Problem solving: Mindset for resolving customer issues and coordinating with production/logistics teams. • Professionalism: Professional appearance, punctuality, and customer-focused attitude.
