Job Description: London Strategic Edge is hiring a remote Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer focused on quantitative finance content. Key responsibilities: • Edit videos to create clear visual narratives from technical narration and screen recordings • Create clean motion graphics and animated charts, diagrams, and visual explainers • Create and format captions and clips for YouTube and Instagram • Use AI tools to speed up editing, captions, visual research and workflow • Help improve the channel's visual language over time • Communicate reliably and work independently within a small remote startup teamJob Specification: Must have: • Strong English comprehension; able to edit around technical narration • Ability to create clean motion graphics and animate charts, diagrams and visual explainers • Comfort and experience using AI tools in video production (editing, captions, visual research, workflow) • Reliable communication and ability to work independently in a remote team • Interest in or willingness to learn quantitative finance concepts and related math Nice to have: • Experience formatting clips and captions for YouTube and Instagram • Experience with screen-recording-based editing and technical contentJob Rewards and Benefits: Incentive Bonus
