Job Description: Company: Amigos Aura Location: Lahore (On-site initially; may become hybrid based on performance) Position: Cold Outreach Intern 2-Month Fixed Internship Working hours: Part-time (hours to be agreed) Stipend: PKR 14,000 per month Performance bonus: PKR 10,000 per qualified client converted (per employer terms) Responsibilities: • Conduct cold outreach to potential clients via email • Research and identify prospective businesses and decision-makers • Send personalized outreach emails following company guidelines • Maintain and update lead databases using Microsoft Excel • Track email campaigns and follow up with prospects • Schedule meetings for the sales team when required • Meet monthly outreach/conversion targets as assignedJob Specification: • Students or fresh graduates only; entry-level internship • Good written English communication skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel • Comfortable using email platforms such as Gmail or Outlook • Strong internet research skills • Good organizational and time-management abilities • Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions • Positive attitude and target-driven • Professional communication and interpersonal skills • Content writing or copywriting skills (preferred)
