Job Description: GetDigitalPak, a Karachi-based marketing and advertising agency, seeks a Social Media Intern to support client campaigns across content production, social media management and performance marketing. This is an entry-level, project-focused internship working on real client accounts and collaborating with content, design and paid media teams. Key responsibilities: • Support daily social media publishing and scheduling across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. • Create short-form copy, captions and basic post concepts aligned to client briefs and brand voice. • Assist in producing simple visual assets and source creative direction for designers. • Monitor social channels, respond to basic audience queries under supervision, and flag engagement opportunities. • Collect performance data, prepare weekly social reports and track key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions). • Help execute community growth tactics and assist with influencer outreach coordination. • Participate in campaign planning meetings, take notes and follow up on action items.Job Specification: Must-have • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok and their content formats. • Basic copywriting for captions, CTAs and short-form content. • Understanding of social metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate) and ability to compile simple reports in Excel or Google Sheets. • Comfort using scheduling/management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite) or willingness to learn quickly. • Basic photo/video framing and familiarity with mobile editing apps (Canva, InShot, CapCut). • Strong communication, organization and time-management skills; ability to work in a team and receive feedback.
