Job Description: Company: MH TRADER & DISPATCH Role overview: The Truck Dispatch Sales Representative will be the primary liaison between the company and prospective carrier partners and shippers. The role focuses on driving new business, onboarding carriers, and coordinating with dispatch operations to ensure efficient load assignment and route optimization. Key responsibilities: • Identify and qualify prospective owner-operators and small fleets through targeted outreach, cold calling, and digital channels. • Present service offerings, negotiate commercial terms, and close agreements that meet carrier needs and company margins. • Coordinate with dispatch operations for smooth onboarding, load assignment, and route optimization for contracted carriers. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer information in CRM systems. • Prepare regular performance reports. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with carriers and broker partners to generate repeat business.Job Specification: Must-have: • 1+ year proven sales or business development experience in transportation, logistics, or trucking dispatch environments. • Strong phone, negotiation, and closing skills; comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up. • Organizational skills to manage multiple carrier relationships and a sales pipeline. • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability and attention to detail. • Effective communication in English; local language proficiency for Pakistan markets is a plus. Other: • Experience using CRM systems (preferred).
