Job Description: Company: Dot N Digits, Lahore Role overview: Manage and grow commerce channels on TikTok Shop and eBay for Pakistani customers. Work in a small, fast-paced team and collaborate with leadership to execute product listings, optimize content, and coordinate order fulfillment across platforms. Key responsibilities: • Create and optimize product listings on TikTok Shop and eBay, including titles, descriptions, images, SKUs, variations, and attributes • Develop short-form video and static creative assets tailored to platform formats • Perform marketplace SEO: keyword research, title & description optimization, and category selection • Monitor and analyze listing performance and sales metrics; run A/B tests and implement listing improvements • Manage inventory synchronization, order processing, shipment tracking, and returns coordination • Ensure platform policy compliance, handle disputes, and coordinate with customer service to resolve issues • Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain operationsJob Specification: Must-have skills and experience: • Hands-on experience listing and managing products on TikTok Shop and/or eBay, including SKU and variation setup • Proficiency creating short-form video content and basic image editing for product presentation • Experience with marketplace SEO: keyword research, title & description optimization, category selection • Familiarity with order management workflows, shipping documentation, tracking, and returns handling • Ability to analyze sales data and platform analytics to drive listing and ad optimization • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple SKUs and campaigns • Good written and verbal communication for supplier coordination and customer interactions • Basic knowledge of marketplace policy compliance and dispute resolution
