Job Description: As a Business Development Consultant, you will drive growth and expansion for our company. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Your expertise in business development and market analysis will contribute to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities • Initial Assessment: Evaluate business operations, gaps, and opportunities to define scope and priorities • SWOT Analysis: Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for clients and internal projects • Industry Competitive Analysis: Research market trends, competitors, positioning, and benchmarking • TAM Calculation: Size total addressable market, serviceable market, and realistic revenue potential • Innovation Plan: Develop new products, services, or business models to drive growth • Strategy Implementation Document: Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, KPIs, and action plans • Financial Forecast: Build 3-5 year projections, P&L, cash flow, and scenario models • Tailored Marketing Plan: Design customer-focused go-to-market and positioning plansJob Specification: Must-have: • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field (5 years indicated) • Experience with consultative/solution-based selling • Strong knowledge of market dynamics and business principles • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills • Negotiation and persuasion abilities • Analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Proficient in CRM software and relevant business tools • Self-motivated, result-oriented, able to work independently and in teams Qualifications (stated): • MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldJob Rewards and Benefits: Communication,Leaves,Medical
