Education: BSCS or Equivalent.. Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.. Responsible for installing & performing minor repairs on computer hardware and peripherals Responsible for sending problematic hardware or defective products to the vendor Responsible for testing of computers and ensuring that the computers and software installations for in order Responsible for maintaining, identifying, and solving any problem that affects the computer system Responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of the computer system / other IT equipment and offering recommendations for upgrades. Responsible for troubleshooting problems and maintaining computers Ensure that problems are timely addressed as per priority level and appropriate measures are taken
