Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT.. Experience: Minimum 02-03 years of relevant experience. Responsible to refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for services. Responsible to testing of computers and ensuring that computers and software installation for various Computer applications and programs. Responsible to identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems. Responsible for maintenance of computers and other equipment. Responsible for maintenance and upgrading of computer systems or offering recommendations on Upgrades needed. Responsible to maintain and repair network. Responsible to repair of computers and equipment on component levels. Responsible for coordination of computer maintenance with other information technology professionals such as Senior Operations Staff. Responsible to troubleshooting routine problems and maintenance of computers.
