POSITION Student Portfolio Advisor Karakoram Campus, Islamabad QUALIFICATION Qualifications: Master's / Bachelor's degree. EXPERIENCE Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling, preferably with IGCSE/GCE students. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Awareness: Arrange sessions and workshops for students and parents to spread the awareness of different career paths, university application process, and the importance of Profile building from an early age. • Identify high-potential students and support admission readiness to leading international universities through profile development, personalised guidance and coordination with relevant advisors, in transition to A Level • Support students in setting academic goals, selecting subjects, and navigating the IGCSE/GCE curriculum. • Regularly meet and assist all O Level students with a special focus on the high-potential students throughout the year, ensuring they are achieving their academic and extracurricular milestones. • Collaborate with parents and students to discuss progress, address concerns, and develop support plans. • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and support plans. • Develop positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and school administrators, ensuring open and effective communication. SKILLS • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills. • Cultural Competence: Ability to work with diverse students, parents, and staff, promoting inclusivity and cultural awareness. • Organisational Skills: Strong record-keeping, time management, and organisational abilities. • Well-versed with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets, documents • Strong presentation skills
