Job Description: Social Media Specialist & Video Editor • Independently edit short videos, create covers, add subtitles, background music and carry out simple image retouching. • Publish and manage content on domestic platforms: Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Kuaishou, WeChat Channels; publish content on overseas platforms: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook. • Monitor comment sections, respond promptly to customer inquiries, communicate with clients, provide quotations and follow up potential orders. • Write Chinese and English copy, titles and hashtags for posts and videos. • Sort, classify and archive all video & photo materials systematically. • Track content performance data, adjust content ideas to improve exposure and sales conversion.Job Specification: Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above. • Possess good aesthetic standard and short-video sense. • Skilled in video editing software (CapCut is acceptable). • Able to produce stable, high-quality videos efficiently. • Basic English reading & writing ability to handle overseas social media posts and customer communication. • Familiar with basic operation rules of domestic and international social platforms mentioned above. • Relevant working experience is a big plus. • Punctual, able to strictly follow working schedules and obey management arrangements. • Diligent, patient, reliable and responsible. Able to maintain long-term stable work. • Interest in gemstone, mineral and cross-border trade business; relevant industry experience is highly favorable. • Compensation Package: Basic salary + commission. Commission is calculated based on generated sales revenue.
